The front basement wall on this house has been pushed in slightly resulting in the cracks visible on the inside of the wall. If left unrepaired, the wall would eventually require replacement; however since being addressed now it can be corrected simply by excavation and its being pushed back from the inside. Through proper provision for water drainage with drain tile installation and backfill with sand instead of clay and installation of a vertical steal I-beam on inside of wall the same damage will not occur.
